It was great listening to friends share their experiences of seeing squirrels in their garden and at the park. There were even some red squirrels, like our favourite bushy tailed 'Cyril Squirrel', spotted at Brownsea Island.
Before ripping and cutting paper and tissue to decorate squirrel templates, as well as painting squirrels in water colours, we laughed as we watched a squirrel complete an assault course to earn some nuts. The cheeky squirrels even nicked nuts from bird feeders to supplement their Autumn stash of nuts, being stored for when there would be little food on the trees during Winter.
