COVID-19 and Fees

Following latest advice in the 'Managing infectious diseases' guidance for early years and schools, if your child has symptoms of Covid-19 or has tested positive for Covid-19, they should try to stay at home and avoid contact with others.  Please keep your child home for 3 days.  This starts from the day they tested positive.  Your child can return to setting after 3 days, if they do not have a high temperature and feel well enough.

If someone in your home has tested positive for Covid-19, please keep your child at home for 3 days to protect other children in setting, and all wider family members.

If a child tests positive in setting, my setting can remain open.

Full contracted childminding fees of £5.50 per hour are payable whilst your child is not attending Daisy Dolls, because they are self-isolating. If your child is receiving Early Education Funding for 2, 3 or 4-year-olds, £1.00 per hour contribution for all funded hours is payable whilst your child is self-isolating.

 

If I or a family member test positive, my setting will close following latest Govt guidance in England to 'avoid contact with other people' for 5 days.  It is my personal responsibility to keep those around me safe and prevent the spread of infection as required by the EYFS (3.45). Whilst my setting is closed there will be no fees payable.
